Refund policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if:

  • Wrong product is delivered
  • Damaged product is received
  • Product is defective

Customers must report issues within 48 hours of delivery with proper photos/videos.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used products
  • Customized jewellery
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Products damaged after delivery

Refund Process

Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment confirmation.
